Electroplating workshop
We have all the knowledge, experience and necessary equipment to offer
electroplating in its different finishes: copper, nickel, silver plate,
gold plate, gold plated 18 kt, brushed, and brushed antique tarnished.
This process gives the final product an excellent appearance in color and brightness.
In order to complement this servicer we also provide a sealing and lacquer
varnish, both processes avoid that as time goes by the pieces get rusty or
stained by the different PH of the people.
Electroforming production workshop
At Mineralia we have developed new techniques to offer the metalizing of any
type of material. For example, metalizing insects, plastic figures, vegetal leafs,
wax, among others. In addition, the electroplating process offers different types
of finishes and colors to the final product.
Casting production workshop or micro-fusion casting
We have one of the most modern metal molding production workshops, it has
top of the line Italian machinery and highly qualified personnel, which allows us
to offer the service of jewelry production by molding in silver, gold, titanium
and any other precious metal. This technique enables us to provide exact
copies of pieces in any quantity and with the same high quality in every piece.
Laser cutting and 3D modeling production workshop
We can offer the most current technology for the manufacture of the most
demanding products specifications. Our machinery is based in a laser system,
which can make a many types of cuts, markings and traces in metals, in a short
amount of time. With this technology we are able to make things like a simple
brand engravings to the tracing and cutting with high precision for assembly of
jewelry. In quantities that range from a single piece to larger quantities as our
customers require.
